  • Lead strategy, sales and delivery for 50+ developers, designers and blockchain engineers.
  • Clients include GAIMIN, Idomoo, Agritask and L7Defense.
Hands-on
  • Write architecture and review code on client projects; still ship features myself.
  • Design smart contracts and token mechanics, and run technical due diligence before handover.

Gaming ecosystem connecting millions of gamers: launcher, GAIMIN Gladiators esports and the GMRX token.

  • Built the technology and engineering organization from zero.
  • Architected the decentralized GPU-computing platform; led launcher, NFT and token infrastructure.

  • Code daily in the product repositories, from backend services to user-facing features.
  • Build internal AI agents that triage requests from email, Slack and Notion for the team.

  • Own the Kora App and Kora Konnekt for Scope 3 and CSRD reporting.
  • Lead the KORA rewards coin and low-carbon marketplace.

  • Design the platform architecture and write core code for trip tracking and rewards.
  • Integrate the Tezos blockchain layer for wallet and payment flows.
